Cancellation Policy

Things happen, and I understand! Therefore, I offer a flexible scheduling policy. Up to 24 hours before the booked timeslot, all bookings can be rescheduled or canceled for free. Within 24 hours of the booked timeslot, reservations can no longer be rescheduled. They can, however, still be canceled. In such a case, a cancellation fee of 50% applies to bookings canceled within 12 to 24 hours before the booked timeslot, and 100% for cancellations within 12 hours of the booked timeslot.
