The exact scope of each service shall be agreed upon between Sera and the client before commencement.
3. Eligibility
You represent that you:

are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian where permitted by law;

are legally entitled to receive flight instruction or examination services;

possess any licenses, ratings, medical certificates, or documentation required for the requested service.
Sera reserves the right to refuse services where legal, regulatory, operational, or safety requirements are not met.
4. Bookings
Bookings may be made through:

any mutually agreed communication method.
A booking is only confirmed once accepted by Sera.
Availability cannot be guaranteed until confirmation has been provided.
5. Prices and Payment

according to an agreed invoice.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation or suspension of services.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when canceling or rescheduling.
Sera reserves the right to charge cancellation fees where:

a cancellation occurs at short notice;

costs have already been incurred;

aircraft or examiner/instructor time has been reserved.
Weather conditions, aircraft technical issues, air traffic restrictions, or other operational considerations may require services to be postponed. In such cases, Sera will work with the client to reschedule where possible.
7. Safety
Safety is the highest priority.
Sera reserves the absolute right to:

refuse or discontinue any flight;

terminate instruction;

postpone examinations;

cancel services,
Where safety, legal compliance, aircraft airworthiness, weather conditions, pilot fitness, or regulatory requirements make continuation inappropriate.
No liability shall arise from safety-based decisions made in good faith.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

provide accurate information;

comply with all applicable aviation laws and regulations;

follow all lawful safety instructions;

ensure that required licenses and medical certificates remain valid;

arrive adequately prepared for scheduled instruction or examinations.
Any costs resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the client may be charged to the client.

Sera does not guarantee:

Certification decisions remain solely with the competent aviation authority or designated examiner, as applicable.
14. Force Majeure
Sera shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
